Student Numbers

When accessing support from Ulster University it is important to include your Ulster student number.

QAHE students have two student numbers:

  1. A QAHE student number which is all digits and currently 8 digits long

  2. An Ulster student number in format B00*****

Please include your Ulster student number when contacting us as it will allow us to identify you quickly in systems and therefore identify any problems quickly.

Email Addresses

Your Ulster email address is used for all correspondence from Ulster University and is in the format ******@ulster.ac.uk

Ulster uses Microsoft services for ulster.ac.uk email addresses and further information about accessiong your account is available at https://www.ulster.ac.uk/ds/students/email
