Changing your module enrolment
The University regulations allow you to add or drop optional modules from your record.

Review the university’s module catalogue to select an alternative module.
Complete a module amendment form:
Belfast, Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee students
can amend their module enrolments online (PowerApps application)
FlexEd and students studying at Birmingham or London
will need to download and complete a Module Amendment Form.
For FlexED (Access, Digital and Distributed Learning), to make a module change you need to complete a module amendment form which should be signed by your Course Director and stamped by your Faculty/Department office.

Completing a Module Amendment Form:
On Page 1 complete your "Personal" details:

On Page 2 complete "Module(s) to be deleted" and/or "Module(s) to be added".
Make sure you enter the correct Course Reference Number (CRN) as the same module may run on different campuses as a part-time or full time course, so check the Module catalogue for the CRN

Summarise what your module portfolio should look like in the section, "Full list of modules you are studying in the current academic year".

Sign the form, bring it to your Course Director and have them sign the form.
Finally, submit the form to Registry.
Time frame for module changes
Note module changes are not immediate, allow 48 hours for the changes to update in the Student Banner System and Blackboard.
Once module amendments (additions/deletions) can be seen in Student Banner System, please allow up to 48 working hours for these same amendments to feed through to Blackboard. Please note however, that any module deletions in Student Banner System will be reflected in Blackboard as content not accessible, in other words, the module Code, CRN and title will remain, but, "Access to the module will be denied".
