Find your Blackboard (network) password and email address
The university operates a seamless single sign-on (SSO) experience between University systems and Blackboard Learn.

Your Blackboard Learn password is also your network/ email password. You can use the Student Banner System to retrieve your email address and network/ e-mail passwords.
Instructions
You can access the Student Banner system by the direct link Student Banner System

Input your User ID and PIN:
Your User ID is your student B number e.g. B00123456 and your initial PIN is your date of birth in the format DDMMYY.
Select the Login button.

You are now logged into the Student Banner system.
Select the "Personal Information" link or tab.

Select the "View Student ID, Password and Email Address" link.
You can now access your network/ student ID, network password, email address and password.
Use your student email address and password to login to Blackboard, email and the student portal.
Remember passwords are case sensitive
