Submitting video assignment to Blackboard

Use Panopto Student Video Submission to upload your video to a Blackboard assignment dropbox. Don't just attach the video to the assignment as it may not be accessible for your lecturer to mark.

You have three options for submitting your video assignment in Panopto Student video:

• uploading a video clip or powerpoint presentation,

• recording yourself in Panopto or

• choosing an existing Panopto video

Choosing an existing Panopto video

1. Click on the name of the assignment drop box (with the list icon beside it).

   Open

   

2. Click on View Instructions /Start attempt button.

3. Click in the submission box to reveal the tool bar. Click on the + icon and select Content Market from the drop down menu

4. You can then select Panopto Student Submission

Choosing an existing video

1. If you have previously uploaded or recorded a video, you can choose to submit this file. Select the Choose tab

2. Click on the button to the left of the video you want to submit, click on Insert
   
   

3. You will be prompted to Insert your Content Market item (your video) and you can rename your assignment display name if you wish, click Insert.
   
   

Your video appears then in the submission box and you should click on Submit, to submit your video assignment.

4. You will be given final message to Submit Assignmet, select ‘Submit’
   
   

5. You will then get a chance to download your digital receipt.
