View marks and feedback in a Turnitin assignment
Within Turnitin, lecturers can avail of a marking and grading tool online in a paperless environment. Once the date to release marks and feedback of a paper has passed, you should be able to access the marked version of the paper and view any grades, comments, marks, or requested changes noted by your lecturer.
Instructions
View your grade in Turnitin dropbox
In Gradebook, if your submission has been marked and released by your lecturer, you should see a mark displayed beside your submission. Click on the name of the assignment.
Click Launch panel to open your submission in Turnitin.
Click on the assignment title.
This will open a new Turnitin Feedback Studio window where you can view any detailed feedback that has been added.
The mark will now be available in the top right hand corner. Click the speech bubble to expand the Instructor feedback and Comments.
In this view, you can access Instructor Feedback and comments.
Here you can also view the (red) similarity layer.
If you don't want the similarities highlighted to be shown, just uncheck the similarity layer.
If a marking rubric has been used, you will see a View Rubric button. Select this to view the rubric:
A new window will open showing the rubric. The rubric and any comments associated with it will appear. Each rubric will be unique to the particular assignment.
