Class conversations
If your lecturer has enabled Class conversations for individual content items, or in a group Assignment, you can discuss the content with your classmates.
Class conversations may be enabled for any of the following:
Documents
Assignments
Group assignments
Tests
Group tests
Offline submissions
Links to teaching tools
Conversations appear beside the relevant content, they do not appear in Discussions.
Instructions
You can access the conversations by clicking on the Open class conversation icon in the upper-right corner of an item's page. A purple circle appears to indicate new activity.
You can begin a new response or reply to conversations that have been posted there.
After you type your message always click ‘Respond’ or ‘Reply’ to ensure that your response has been saved.
When people contribute to a conversation, an icon appears beside the item’s title in the course content to indicate that there has been new activity.
