Blackboard Tests

Tests can be used for both formative and summative assessments. Students can use them to check their understanding at the end of a topic, or they can be set up and the mark achieved recorded in the Gradebook.

You have a number of options for adding a test to an Ultra module:

• Copying a test from an earlier module

• Creating a new test adding questions manually

• Uploading questions from a file

• Using Question pools and Question banks

• Migrate Blackboard tests with Respondus

Blackboard tests support a range of question types including True or False, Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, Fill in the Blanks, Matching Pairs, Numeric Calculated Formula, Essay questions.

Once you’ve added you questions you’ll need to adjust the assignment settings
