On the 14th June 2021, the way you log into Blackboard Learn will change. Blackboard Learn will have the same Single Sign-On process you use to access the MyDay Portal and University E-mail. The Staff Active Directory password changer is no longer available. Staff should now use the Self Service Password Reset system. For more information please go to: https://www.ulster.ac.uk/ds/getting-help/self-help/password-reset
If you are a member of staff and are having difficulty with your current Active Directory (AD) password, the ISD Service Desk has provided a mechanism to change your AD password

Accessing the Staff Active Directory password changer
To change your Staff Active Directory (AD) password you will have to use the online AD password changer:
- Go to the following URL: https://login.ulster.ac.uk/password/ and follow the on screen instructions.
