To submit a video assignment to a Blackboard drop box, navigate to the assessment and feedback section in your module, locate the folder that your Blackboard drop box is in and then click on the name of the actual drop box (with the list icon beside it).
When this opens you will be prompted to View Instructions, click on the View Instructions button.
If your instructor has allowed more than one attempt, it may appear as a Start attempt button.
You will then see the assignment instructions, click in the submission box to reveal the tool bar.
To upload a video submission click Click on the + icon in the menu and in the drop down menu that appears, select Content Market.
You can then select Panopto Student Submission
This will give you three options to add your video to Panopto:
you can Upload your video if you have already recorded it and it is available on your device (e.g. a PowerPoint with audio)

or you can Record your video using Panopto Capture or the Panopto App e.g. a piece to camera

You also have the option to Choose a file you have already recorded or uploaded that’s already in Panopto.
