Adding a link to the library reading list for your module
You can add a link in your module to go directly to your reading list in the library. It is recommended that this link is added to the Module information folder but you can add it anywhere you wish.
Find your module reading list in the library
On the library website, use your module code to search the library for your module Reading List
When your reading list is displayed, copy the url (web address). In the example below, the url is https://ulster.keylinks.org/new-ui/hierarchy/list/37791
Add a new link in the Module information folder
Choose where you would like to add your reading list link, e.g. in the Module information folder:
Hover your mouse where you wish to add new content and select the (purple) + icon.
When you click + Create option, the Course Content Items will appear in a panel on the right hand side. From the Course Content Items, select Link.
In the Create Web Link tab, add a new Web Link to add the url for your reading list.
To create a web link:
Add a name for your link, e.g. Module reading list
Paste the url into the Link URL textbox
Your url should be in the format: https://ulster.keylinks.org/new-ui/hierarchy/list/number
Add a description (optional)
Press Save
Your link to the module reading list will appear. The new link will default to hidden. After testing this link, make it visible to your students.
