Adding Qwickly Attendance to a module in Blackboard Ultra

Qwickly is an attendance monitoring solution that is integrated with Blackboard allowing attendance to be recorded in the Grade Centre. The tool is connected to the student photo library allowing academic colleagues to check in students using their photographs for validation.

Qwickly also includes a feature which allows students to check in on their own devices using a PIN code generated in class.

 Instructions

1. To add Qwickly Attendance to the main Content page, navigate to the folder / section you want to place the tool in.
   
   

2. Click on the + icon.

3. Then click on ‘Content Market.’

   Open

   

   
   4. Content Market shows all the tools integrated with Blackboard, select and click on Qwickly Attendance.

5. Once Qwickly loads, click on Begin Setup to set up for your module
   
   

6. In the Set up you can then use the tabs to set Qwickly Attendance the way you need it for your module.

 You can also access Qwickly from Books and Tools in the Detail & Actions menu in the Content area
