Finding your attendance session

Any live attendance session, linked to your account, will be visible.

There are different check-in methods depending on the options that your academic team decide to use. In the screen shot below there are two live sessions which use self check-in and one which uses a QR (Quick-Response) code. The QR code session is the one with the square icon.

A QR code is a type of barcode that can be read easily by a digital device and which stores information as an image. In this case, the QR code is a unique link to an attendance session.

A note about QR codes

If your academic team has selected the QR code option, and this is the first time you have used the app, you may be prompted to give the App permissions to access your camera. This is so that you can use your camera to photograph/capture the QR code.

You must scan the QR code from within the Qwickly app rather than directly through the camera application in order for Check in to work.
