Panopto is a video platform designed specifically for education and is fully integrated with Blackboard Learn Ultra . It is a media streaming application allows users to allowing students and lecturers to record, submit and embed video and audio within learning content. It also provides video-based assignments (with Gradebook integration), in-browser editing and video-based quizzesa module.

Each module has a Panopto course folder, everyone with access to your course will automatically have access this folder.
It is good practice to upload or record your module videos into this folder. If you set up a video assignment, student videos will be saved this folder as well.
Accessing your Panopto course folder
To access your Panopto course folder from within a module, select the Books and Tools link in the Details & Actions menu.
