All groups automatically allow members to message each other within ultra. Messages sent within groups are saved and are always visible to view by your lecturer.

There are various reasons that you may not be able to see your group. If you your lecturer has not yet made the group visible, it will not appear in the Groups area of your module.

If your lecturer has assigned you to a group, you need to contact the lecturer and request to move to a different group. If you accidentally joined a group and would like to change to another self-enrol group, you can select ‘Move to this group’ if the group has not reached capacity.
