While it is possible to allow third-party cookies, Apple have chosen to block them for security reasons. For this reason, we recommend that students download and install an alternative browser such as Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/) or Mozilla Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/) and use these to access Blackboard Learn instead.

Some students and staff have been experiencing difficulties uploading their Turnitin assignments on personal computers. Recent changes to Turnitin's service have resulted in Internet Explorer 9, and below, no longer being supported. New versions of Internet Explorer running in "compatibility mode" may also be affected. The following video shows you how to make changes to Internet Explorer to "turn off" compatibility mode for Blackboard Learn and alternative browsers.
