Some categories of users who do not have an Ulster identity will need to authenticate in to into Blackboard Learn using an alternative method. This is most likely to affect those who have a Pcode which is a username which starts with the letter P.
In order to login with a local account, such as a P code, you should select the icon button with three dots, highlighted in red, in the screenshotbelow screenshot.:
