Editing Enhanced Turnitin assignment settings
If you need to adjust the settings in an existing Turnitin assignment dropbox within Blackboard, please note that the settings are in two different places.
Most settings are within the Turnitin assignment itself but ‘Title’, and ‘Due date’ and adaptive release must be edited within Blackboard.
Within Turnitin
Click into the Turnitin assignment by clicking on assignment name and then select ‘edit settings’ at the top right.
You can then edit most settings apart from ‘Title’ and ‘Due date’ (they are greyed out to indicate this fact).
Once you have made your changes, click on ‘Save Assignment’.
Within Blackboard
‘Title’ and ‘Due date’ and adaptive release must be edited in Blackboard itself.
‘edit ’ via the ellipse (3 dots) in the Blackboard module to change the linked Turnitin settings (title, start date/ release conditions and due date )
Once you have made all your changes, click on ‘Save’.
