Ally Accessibility Report for modules
As well as generating accessible versions of your learning and teaching materials to suit diverse learning needs, Ally can provide you with Module Level Accessibility Reports. The Blackboard Ally Course Accessibility Report provides an accessibility summary and a high level overview at the course level.
Module Level Accessibility Report
Ally also provides a module level Accessibility Report which aggregates accessibility reports from specific documents in the module area, into one general report.
This report includes:
an overall accessibility score for a course
a section containing content with easy issues to fix
a section containing content that is the lowest-scoring
content organised into categories based on their accessibility issues
To find the module level Accessibility Report:
In the module's Details & Actions menu, select the Books & Tools link.
The menu will expand to show a list of available course tools. Select the Accessibility Report link:
Selecting the link will open the Accessibility Report. The report shows an overall Accessibility Score (the default view is the Overview tab - highlighted in red below).
Selecting the Content tab (highlighted in red in the image below) will show a content file list, with an associated accessibility score for each file:
Selecting an individual file title (in the Content list) will open the accessibility report for that specific document.
Note: The Accessibility Report option is only available to those with Instructor/Teaching Assistant access to the module area
