Downloading marks from Gradebook
In the Gradebook you have the ability to download and upload the data. Here you can download grade data or mark history. An example of how this might be used is that it can be useful for giving external examiners access to grades.
Instructions
Click on Gradebook.
Click on the Settings button:
A panel will pop out to the side with your choice of settings:
You can then select Download marks to get a comprehensive spreadsheet of student details and assignment marks.
Select Full Gradebook, or choose specific items and click on Download
Note you can also download Mark History this way. You have an option to choose all data or specific columns.
Mark History can be useful to view a detailed audit trail of all changes to grades and submissions.
