When you edit a question in a Question pool, the changes will be made everywhere that question appears, including in the Question bank or test in which the question was originally saved. Where you see the paperclip icon be extra cautious when making edits as this will affect tests that have already been taken and graded as well as the original question bank or test. |

Question Pools can be used to present students with a different version of a test. When creating a Test, you can use the Pools setting to enable you to choose multiple questions from another test or from a Question Bank bank and select a set number to display to students.
For example, you can set the Pool to display 10 questions from a test with 100 questions.

To add a question pool to a the test, select the plus sign at the point in the test you wish it to appear. Select Add question pool from the menu.
